FAQ
Question: I plan to make an outside improvement to my property, what should I do?
Answer: Review the subdivision Improvement Submission Policy, tell your neighbors what you are planning, notify one of the subdivision trustees and follow the City of Wildwood and St. Louis County permit rules.
Question: My neighbor’s dog is left outside and frequently barks all night, what can be done?
Answer: Visit your neighbor to be sure he or she understands how this impacts you. If nothing results contact the Wildwood Code Enforcement Officer as continued barking may be handled under Wildwood Codes on "Dogs, Cats and Other Animals Causing a Nuisance".
Question: What can be done about dead and falling tree(s) on common ground?
Answer: Do not attempt to rectify the situation yourself. Pass the information along to a subdivision trustee. We will review the situation and let you know what is being done about it.
Question: What are the rules about fences in our subdivision?
Answer: Fences are to be made of wood, wire, iron, aluminum, or vinyl. Fences must have a 25% aggregate opening. All fencing must be on your property. Fences must not extend beyond the front building line. Height of fences is limited to six (6) feet. Talk it over with your neighbors and let a trustee know.
Question: A neighbor keeps refuse containers outside in front of his home or garage at all times, can anything be done?
Answer: Ask your neighbor to store refuse containers inside the garage except after 12PM the day before pick-up and all day on the day of pick-up. Over 90% of subdivision owners do this to help increase property values. Contact a trustee if the situation continues.
Question: Trustees, how do I become one and how much are they paid?
Answer: Contact a trustee, your interest is welcome, and read the indentures for more information. Trustees are not compensated; they are volunteers working to improve the safety and value of our subdivision.

to find out why. If you need a bulk pick up you may order it from Meridian or another service. Please contact the service a few days before you want pick-up. Be sure to place this refuse at the curb not more than one day before expected pick up.
