Dear Neighbors,
 
The Trustees of Westglen Farms would like to let you know we will be kicking off the first annual Westglen Farms Subdivision "Great" Summer clean-up. The trustees have received many emails and complaints about the lack of "up keep" in our subdivision. If you drive through other local neighborhoods and compare ours, we have some work to do. Therefore we plan on making some beautification improvements.
 
There are many things each of us can do beautify our homes. Many of them are at minimal cost. Trimming trees & shrubs, removing weeds, keeping your lawn mowed, making sure your trash cans, ladders, lawn mowers, paint cans & tires to name a few are out of sight from the street. The front and sides of our homes should be "clutter" free.
 
We all need to remember, we are all neighbors in the Westglen Farms Subdivision and each home has an effect either positive or negative on the overall appearance of our neighborhood and property values. We as the Trustees of Westglen Farms plan on enforcing all of the Wildwood city ordinances concerning the upkeep of our homes.
